My Verizon DSL is not working since last week? The reps on phone at home technician not very helpful?

I am not sure what to do ???

what exactly did they tell you? so you can’t get on the internet at all? click on start->run and type command. then type ipconfig. what type of ip address are you getting? if it is 169, there is a problem with your computer itself. if it is 0, then type ipconfig/renew. which can also be accomplished by restarting your computer. on your dsl modem, what kind of lights are you getting? feel free to e-mail me.
