well ! right now ,I am selling a house in California, yea it’s work, those agents are really starting to irritate me! if everybody was not so sue happy, i would sell it myself and keep the commission myself. i have been busting my hump, i put a new retaining wall in myself this week and painting, and landscaping,and fences. seems like it never ends . and it’s hotter than hell! i keep putting money in and the damn agent says lower the price! JERK, i have got to get back to upstate NY, OK ,i feel better now thank you!
