i want to work as staff member at a local group home for trouble teens?

hi..i want to be a staff at a local group home working with teens i want to help trouble teens but i do not know where to stay how old i have to be to work in a place like that and some say u have to be 21 ? anyone know any information let me know ok?i am only 19 anyone know anything please let me know

It depends on what job you are doing at a group home. Some of them require a high school diploma and others require 2 or 4 year college degree. If you visit careerbuilder.com and search for teen group homes you find several listings across the country. Each job posting lists specific requirements. If you all ready know of a local group home you should contact the director of it for more information.
