What do you need to start a work at home business in the state of North Carolina?

I am a third party loan processor and want to work for myself in the comfort of my own home. Does anyone know what steps I need to make in order to make this possible and legal?

Secondly, get your ducks in a row here – business plan time. Working from home is one thing but is it going to make the money come in? You alone can calculate that one.

Get to your local Chamber of Commerce and see what you can get from them regarding regulations and restrictions in your area.
