Khaleid Sheik Mohammed’s trial in NYC could cost over $400,000,000. Is this a better way to spend that money?

I propose that the 400 million dollars is distributed evenly to every family who has lost a loved one in Afghanistan and Iraq. As for KSM, I would grant him his wish to be executed after he is found guilty in a military tribunal.
