If you intend to use the high alchemy spell you need a minimum level of magic 55. You need decide what the points below you can do faster. If you have high mining and blacksmithing, you can make steel platemail or if you have high fletching can make bows of yew or magic, if you have similar levels of each, and then do you like best:)

Magic Longbow = 1536 gold pieces

Steel Platemail = 1,200 gold pieces

Magic short bow = 960 gold pieces

Yew Longbow = 768 gold pieces

Yew short bow = 480 pieces gold

Blacksmithing:

Buy each bit of coal for 100 gold pieces each

Mina half the amount of iron is coal

Melt all minerals in steel bars, then Smith them into Steel platemail

Buy (or use your Runecrafting skill) to get a lot of nature runes

Then use the high alchemy platemail to make money, and if desired, repeat to obtain the levels of blacksmithing

Fletching:

Pick some flax in the Gnome stronghold, then turn them into a spinning wheel to make bowstrings

Make the best bow you can and then put then string on the bow.

Use high alchemy on the bows to make money, then buy more arcs with the money you have done.

Repeat mouthwash:)
