How You Can Work At Home And Become Profitable

First, do you really want to work at home?

List 5 reasons why.

1. Out of a job?
2. Need extra income so you can quit your job?
3. Need to refill your retirement account so you can retire?
4. Become independent of a job?
5. Stay home with family more?

These are just 5 examples. You probably have your own reasons. So, list them.

How much are you willing to invest in your new business? $100-$200- $300 or more? Working at home means becoming an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur finds a way to finance a business. Be realistic – to make money you have to invest money.

Next, you must have a credit or debit card. You also need a PayPal account—another must have.

Do you have a computer or laptop? How about internet connection? A phone is really good to have especially a land line. Invest in a webcam and a microphone if your computer does not have a built in system.

Where will you conduct your business? The kitchen table? Den? Find a place where you can run your business without distractions.

Ok. Now you’re ready to get down to business. But, which business is good for you. Did you remember those 5 questions? Also, what experience do you have? Most businesses do not require any experience. Those are the businesses you want to look for.

Look for businesses that will teach you everything in a turnkey type system. This system has been tested to death and it works.

Google search is great for browsing. Do a search on the following: work at home, at home business, becoming an entrepreneur, working as an entrepreneur, how to become an entrepreneur, and careers at home. Try any combination you like.

Ok, you found your dream entrepreneurial venture! You want the money flowing in right away right? CHECK – it will not happen and you will not get rich quick! You have to get your business name out on the internet and that means TIME, TIME, TIME and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Your dream venture takes work and lots of it. It takes reading and training on your venture’s training website!

My suggestion: Your venture should be giving you free ad sites to start advertising your business. It should also contain sample ads. Don’t try and reinvent the wheel. The training you follow should be followed directly. SO, START ADVERTISING. There are many free sites out there.

Another suggestion I have is to find a good auto responder website like AWeber. Also, set up a Blog on Google advertising your business. Invite people. Use your link in your email signature. You can check mine out for ideas: Linda’s Blog

Join Affiliates like GoDaddy, ListJumper, Simple Truths, ViralUrl, and others. This is a GREAT way to earn extra income and it is easy to do. These are free sites that want you to promote for them and they pay you!

Becoming profitable takes time – you probably gathered that pretty quickly.
