One of the important signs of real paid to click programs is that if they don’t ask for any fees from you. These programs should be making money from their advertisers, not from you. They should be paying you for clicking/viewing their ads and not the other way around.

The most important thing to realize is that paid to click sites are not going to make you rich. However, they can provide some much needed extra income. I have been able to put gas in my car more times than I can count from the money I’ve earned from these programs. Good luck!
