Less Tax and More Pay for women (UK)?

At the moment, men and women pay the same tax, and are underpaid compared to men according to every survey going. Women at the moment retire earlier, and are more likely to go to university than men, and are more likely to study for a phd than men, women also have to take time off to have children – typically 2 or so. Therefore, women have less time to work and earn some money. Should women therefore have a legal right to lower tax and a higher pay band than men, to make up for the shortfall? Or perhaps 20% less hours per working week at the same pay and tax as men, or something like that?
“in a silent way”, how is it our fault that women have to have kids? Sure, we could all stop, but that would be the end of the human race…
It has also been argued that women suffer far fewer health problems – smoking, drinking, bad driving (hence accidents) etc. and so that women are subsidising men’s reckless lifestyle.

Equal pay, equal taxes make equal people. I dont want any special treatment.
