if i have almost 2000 AA batteries where can i recycle them & make money out of them?

You won’t be able to make money from them. If the batteries are the standard alkaline ones, according to federal guidelines they may be disposed of in normal household trash. Alkalines are considered non-toxic. There may be a local ordinance requiring recycling of alkaline batteries. You’ll have to check and see if your locality has one of these ordinances. Rechargeable batteries can be disposed of in many places. I believe Radio Shack will accept them. You can call your local waste disposal concern and ask them or your local government for advice. In any case, nobody will buy them so you can’t make any money from them.
