Why cant I make money on Google adsense?

My blog gets over 80,000 unique visits per month. I am only making around $50 in google adsense. Does this make sence. What are some of you making?

It depends on your niche and ads placement.
$50 for 80,000 UV consider normal if you are in low pay niche.
However, if you have good CPC but low CTR, then you might need to optimize your ads placement, it will helps you to increase the CTR, which will directly increase your earning
