pay ebay with a bank account?

well.. im 15 and i got a bank account, i made an ebay account and then a paypal account linked to my bank account since i have credit.debit card and when i go to ebay and click on buy this item , it tells me to login, i login into paypal and then it asks for credit/debit card details? why ??
how do i make it pay with my paypal account linked to my bank account? do i have deposit the money needed first or something>?<

When you are purchasing the item, paypal is the one that is identifying if the payment information is legit or not. If you want to upload your bank information to paypal that can be done via the options. It takes 3-5 business days to authorize though. So if you have put your information up there recently and it’s not going through yet, that is probably why.

If you put in your CC info to paypal when it asks, your order should complete without issue.
