should the school system change its setup and make the students have a summer vacation during the winter?

the schools want the kids to go to school during the summer and have a break during the winter that way they can spend less money trying to heat the schools during the winter.

that is perhaps one of the worst ideas i have ever heard, the one thing children look forward to more than anything is summer vacation. Warm weather, beach days, and everything that is great about summer would be wasted while children are in school. Summer vacation will be some of the best memories our children will have.
No way it should be changed, summer vacation STAYS!
