What is a good way to make money in runescape, even if i have to cheat.?

I need to know an easy way to make money in runescape, i dont care if its a cheat, actually, i need to know any cheat for making money because i dont wanna do anything tedious in an online game, i dont have all the time in the world to craft a million runes then sell them.
If there are any autominers(whatever the hell they are, ive just heard the name), hacks, cheats, i’d be much obliged.
Thanks for the tips, but, merchanting is gone because of the 3k trade limit, so i’m really at a loss regarding what to do for money.
