work at home for hearing impaired?

I am deaf and I can’t find any legitimate work at home or good survey that pay. I want to find some work at home that offers for disability to work at home. Is there anything that start up for free and start making money? I know there are some survey, data entry, type at home, etc… are scam and rip off but I don’t want any of these problem.
