I am renting a mobile home in North Carolina. All outlets are loose. Does the landlord to fix it?

When we moved we found realize that when things are pluging in the caps to lose. Some cables drop caps, others you have to move everything to go to work. I replaced some of the worst with normal plugs. They are easier to obtain then the trailer. I was wondering if the owners should do instead of me. Its going to cost something no money to buy all the boxes and outlets to mention all the time I will.

If you know what you're doing and feel comfortable doing the work, make and keep receipts for items you have installed. Also track your time in hours. Most landlords will be reasonable and either compensate for their time and labor or give a cut in a month's rent. Be sure to ask or check your lease if you have one. And get one if you do not have a copy!
