Can we earn money through reading E-mails and clicking on banners?..?

Hi all
I am a fast user of internet and i always search many websites and resources over internet for make more earning. one day through normal search i found Clickemoney.com and as no one easily trust on these kind of sites , but i do as the content of the website is really good even registered websites. i just worked on this sites for 1 month and i made 10000$ and some sites given me more as well. does any one has any knowledge about it.
i m sure i am gonna receive this amount soon. does any one also doing the same thing or have any other fast way of earning then please help me.
